Privacy policy

Who we are
The Maxy Institute is run by Rubytech LLC. Where this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Rubytech LLC, acting as the data controller for any personal data processed through this site. For any question or request, write to maxy@rubytech.llc.
What this site collects, and what it does not
This is a static site. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing is stored simply because you visited, and the fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party.
The only personal data we collect is what you send through the enquiry form: your name, your work email, your organisation and role, and whatever you write in the message. We store that so we can reply and arrange a discovery session.
Hosting and storage
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores enquiry submissions on our behalf (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1). As part of routing and protecting the site, Cloudflare processes standard request metadata, such as your IP address and browser user-agent string, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use your enquiry
We use what you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry;
- work out whether and how we can help;
- arrange and invoice a discovery session or an engagement; and
- deliver the work.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as described here.
About the training
The Institute teaches you to use Claude under your own Anthropic subscription. We do not host your Claude account or the data you work with. What we build together during and after an engagement sits on your own account, under your control.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have rights over your personal data under UK GDPR and GDPR. These include the right to see the data we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, to have it erased where there is no longer a reason to keep it, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email maxy@rubytech.llc and we will respond without undue delay.
Data retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed, for example to answer follow-up questions, fulfil a booking, or handle a dispute. Once there is no longer a reason to keep it, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
